1. How best to maintain your Trendy Mama jewelry?

 

You can wash it in different ways:

​

• hand washing with a soft, natural soap and dry in the open air

• dishwasher-safe on top track

• cleaning  with antibacterial baby wipes

​

All our necklaces and bracelets are waterproof and withstand high temperatures.

If you want to sterilize your jewelry, you can put them in boiling water for a few minutes. Be careful, let them cool completely before using.

 

2. Where do you deliver?

 

We deliver worldwide.

 

3. How much is the delivery?

 

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and weight of the items you order. Once your items are placed in the shopping basket and you have introduced your address in the form, the system will calculate a shipping cost estimate that you’ll see before finalizing your purchase. The shipping costs are based on the Swiss Post rates.

 

4. How long does it take to deliver?

 

We will treat your order as soon as we can – count 2 day to process the order. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive your goods within 1-2 business days in Switzerland and 4-5 business days in Europe.

 

5. Is it toxic?

 

No, it is not toxic. Trendy Mama's jewelleries are made of food-grade silicone, completely non-toxic. Our necklaces and bracelets do NOT contain BPA, PVC, phthalate, cadmium, latex or heavy metals. You will find more information about it under the "security" section.

 

 

6. What material is the rope made with?

 

The rope is nylon. It is flexible and durable, long-lasting. It dries quickly after washing.

 

7. Where are the necklaces and bracelet produced?

 

Our necklaces and bracelets are designed and created in Switzerland. The 100% food-grade silicones beads are produced responsibly in China.

 

8. Are the online payments secured?

 

Our website server is wix.com. Online payments are processed through Paypal or wirecard when you pay via credit cards. All online payment will be processed under SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client. SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely.
